The Process

     To get started you can call or email, and explain what your needs are.  I will respond the same day and we can talk on the phone to see if we are a good fit.

 

 I will then have you fill out the intake form, consent, HIPAA-compliant form, and privacy forms which we can do together or in your spare time, and set a time to have your sessions.

      Payment is due prior to the first session, through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or the cash app. I will give you a monthly billing statement and you may submit it to your PPO Insurance to seek reimbursement.

 I am currently  taking insurance through headway platform.
