About me

My name is Tara Kesling and I am a Licenced Clinical Social Worker. I have been providing Therapy and helping many different people
for over 30 years.
I have experience with children in special education and in the IEP process. I have worked with individuals, families, children, seniors, and couples. I am currently offering Telemental Health services to Adults.
I am a good listener, passionate about working and helping others, and will work with clients to help redirect their life to feel better about themselves, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other Therapeutic Modalities.

I am offering Telemental Health Counseling Services​.
Office hours: evenings 5 pm to 7 pm and all day weekends
The private pay fee is $175. for a 50-minute session. Now accepting insurance credentialed through headway.
Initial consultation and Intake are free.
I am available to help you, through individual, and family problems. I deal with a wide range of psychological issues including but not limited to these areas of concern:
PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management
Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Career Counseling
Codependency, Coping Skills, Divorce, Family Conflict
Grief, Infidelity, Life Coaching, Marital issues,
Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD), Parenting, Relationships,
Self Esteem, school-related issues
And Autism.
THE PROCESS
To get started you can call or email, and explain what your needs are. I will respond the same day and we can talk on the phone to see if we are a good fit.
I will then have you fill out on the client Portal, the intake form, consent, and HIPAA-compliant privacy form. We can complete the forms together or you can do it in your spare time, then set a time to have your sessions.

Payment is due prior to the first session, through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or the cash app. I am also accepting Aetna, Signa, Oscar Health, Oxford and United Health Care, BlueShield and BlueCross insurances through Headway.
